New RCMP Commissioner Continues Candour

I had the opportunity to take part in a Radio Canada International feature on the recent comments by RCMP Commissioner Robert Paulson dealing with his aggessive plans for change within the organization:

This story will continue to unfold, however, we need to applaud Paulson for making every effort to lead in a dramatically different manner than his predecessors.
